More than 350,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur each year in the United States. The American Heart Association wants everyone to become a part of the Nation of Lifesavers that are prepared to act in an emergency with three simple steps: Share, Practice, and Activate.
During cardiac arrest, CPR can double or triple a person’s chance of survival. Join us for a demonstration of Hands-Only CPR, which has been shown to be as effective in the first few minutes as conventional CPR for cardiac arrest at home, at work or in public.
