Thursdays, 12-1 Various Rail Trails
Join Sarah and your friends and neighbors as we take weekly walks along local rail trails. Each week we will walk from 12-1 on our gorgeous O&W and Wallkill Valley Rail Trails. This social group is a talking and walking group and our motto is: “We are only as fast as our slowest walker.” So, if you are looking to meet new people and get some steps in while conversing, join us! No pets please. Be sure to check with your doctor before joining this group or any exercise program. No registration necessary-just show up!
- Thursday, November 9: Meet at the WV rail trail at the Trestle Bridge parking lot.
- Thursday, November 16: Meet at the O&W rail trail at the Cottekill Fire Dept. parking lot.
- **We will NOT meet November 23 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.**
- Thursday, November 30: Meet at the O&W rail trail Rest Plaus parking lot.
